Born out of the refusal to grow old quietly in 2023 and a love for groove metal, 80's thrash and straight-out heavy metal. D.O.R formed from the ashes of South-west based bands, In The Absence Of Light, Eye For An Eye, Idefy, Dealer, Roads To Nowhere and Senturia, and over a decade of touring experience in and around the UK, Europe & USA.  

Joining forces with a mission of combining their love for groove metal, 80's thrash and straight-out heavy metal, D.O.R continue to colour outside of the lines and carve a space for themselves within the south-west's music scene, and beyond. 

After the release of their debut single "Crows" in early 2024, the band have been continually writing, recording and honing their sound ready for further releases in 2025.
